1. Once the exam voucher is booked, learners can schedule the exam anytime within a year from the voucher booking date

2. Resit: This option will give you the chance to retake your PeopleCert exam in case of failure, instead of paying the full exam fee again! This needs to be selected with the initial exam booking. Learners will be able to book the exam resit within 6 months from the date of the initial exam.
