The course is easy to follow, gives a lot of information. It doesn’t give much information on technique or particular weight exercises – you still have to do a lot of research on your own to come up with workout regimens and ensure you’re doing them right.
Some videos were not appropriate, e.g. one video for mind fitness, was actually an advert for a gym. Some questions in the quiz were also missing key words, and used American terminology that is hard to follow if you’re outside the US (e.g. quarts)
